Refund and Cancellation policy.
Pre-payments
Pre-payments secure the date and time of the next mediation session. If payment is not made 48 hours in advance, your session may be canceled. Pre-payments are non-refundable unless at the discretion of the Company.
Rescheduling Sessions
Requests to change the date and/or time of a session from either party must be made no later than 24 hours prior to the mediation session. Requests received less than 24 hours in advance may be treated as a cancellation at Eadrana’s discretion. Timely requests will be considered and accommodated to the best of Eadrana’s ability.
Cancelling Sessions
Any cancellations by a Client less than 24 hours in advance will result in forfeit of their pre-payment amount, and Eadrana will produce a new invoice payable by the responsible party for the pre-payment amounts of the other parties to the mediation.
In the rare event that Eadrana needs to reschedule a session due to an emergency, Eadrana will give as much advance notice as possible to the Client, and pre-payments will be applied to the rescheduled session or refunded if requested.
